So many things have changed since I became a mother. With that, I have been missing so many things that it has greatly affected my emotional & mental health. But lately I am reminded that I am too blessed to be stressed. In a conversation with our ninang, she said, “You are very blessed...you have to embrace where you are now or else you’ll live a miserable life.” I realised I’ve given so much time to focus on things I don’t have when the situation should be I have no more time to think about the things I don’t have because I have so many things to be thankful for.
Maybe you are a mom who’s also in this situation, I hope this will embrace you. Count your blessings, Mama! You are blessed!

As I grow older I have come to realise that respecting other people’s opinion or perspective is the way to go. Living this life for quite some time has given me the understanding that people’s views are shaped or influenced by so many things— upbringing, environment, situation, season, family, friends & faith to name a few. Now, it doesn’t mean that I am not against what some believe in, it just means that I don’t have to stick my nose on everything. Against something or someone? Is it worth it? Let it go, love! And don’t hate. It’s bad for your health! Choose your battles they say. And today, I pass this on. Light & love ♥
